What's my coverage at Li's Spa?
To check potential insurance coverage, please text (425 786-8089) or email (contact.lisspa@gmail.com) us with the information from your insurance card. Coverage details provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Insurance covers massage for a maximum of 1 hour only. Any time beyond one hour will be charged at our time-of-service rate of $76 per hour, due at the appointment.
Do I need Doctor's referral to avail insurance claim?
Referral requirements vary by plan. Insurance might need a prescription sometimes. Please text us to know more.

Unfortunately, we cannot answer insurance queries over the phone. We will respond to your text or email within 3 business days (Mon–Fri).

What kind of massage is offered at Li's Spa?
At Li’s Spa, every massage is designed to meet your individual needs. Whether you’re looking to release tension, ease soreness, or simply unwind, our skilled therapists create sessions tailored just for you. Choose from a variety of techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, pregnancy, post-partum, hot stone, cupping, and trigger point therapy, enhanced with heated tables and warm towels for a deeply relaxing experience.
Our therapists bring years of experience and expertise to every session, ensuring consistent, high-quality care.
Do you offer Couple's massage at Li's Spa?
We offer a private room for couples massages, available by phone reservation only to ensure your session remains exclusive. While we do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee specific preferences at the time of service
Is there any age limit for getting a massage?
Clients under age 18 must have a written consent from the parent. Please see the front desk to fill in required forms.
What is the Cancellation Policy at Li's Spa?
We understand that life happens, but last-minute cancellations affect our therapists, who work hard to provide excellent care and rely on each appointment as part of their livelihood. To help us maintain a consistent schedule, we ask that cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee.
- Cancellations within 12 hours or missed appointments will be charged the full service fee.
- Arrivals 10 minutes late or more may result in a shortened session, but the full fee still applies.
All clients are required to have a credit card on file. Appointments can be canceled via Fresha, phone (voicemail recommended), text or email.
We understand emergencies arise. Our staff may review late cancellations on a case-by-case basis to determine if fees can be waived.
Clients are responsible for tracking their appointments through app notifications, emails, or text confirmations. We cannot be responsible for missed appointments due to oversight.
GENERAL FAQ'S
Where can I park?
Our parking lot has a limited number of assigned spaces, so we recommend planning ahead. Street parking is available along 132nd Ave NE, or you can park across the street near Starbucks.
On Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sunday mornings, nearby shops tend to be busy, so we suggest arriving at least 15 minutes early to ensure you have time to park and settle in.
Why do I have to add Credit Card for online booking?
We require all clients to keep a credit card on file to support our cancellation policy. This helps ensure our therapists are fairly compensated even if an appointment is missed, which allows them to stay motivated and focused on giving you their best care.
Keeping a card on file also promotes a positive and respectful relationship between clients and therapists, encourages accountability, and helps us manage cancellations efficiently without expensive third-party collections. Your card will never be charged without your authorization.
Do we sell Gift Cards?
Yes, we offer Gift Cards for all of our services. Gift cards must be purchased in person at the spa. Clients using a gift card for a session should bring the physical card and present it at the front desk for validation.
